I just use the copy feature mostly, unless I'm restoring the whole kit and caboodle, er, I mean, the flash disk. <Smile> Have a great day, everyone!

Now you can try, saying no to replacing everything but keymail but I'm not sure this will work. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sarah Cranston Sent: Monday, September 12, 2005 3:44 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Okay, I need some help Hi Jonathan, I tried it again and got the same results. To recap: I chose the restore option from the utilities menu, chose the compact flash drive, found my latest backup folder, went into the folder and chose the Keymail folder. Then I chose the flash disk as the location to which the folders should be restored. Should I only be using the entire backup folder and not choosing one of its subfolders? I hope this makes sense. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, September 12, 2005 3:22 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Okay, I need some help Hi sarah, I can imagine the utility doing this is you didn't specify the KeyMail folder as the restore folder. Do you think this may have been the case?
