Hi Cindy,

I'd get the SD card and do the upgrade patch if you haven't done so already. Should you exit the document and come back in again, you should be at the place where you left off. Hopefully with the patch, you won't have that freeze up issue.

I am a writer and while I don't mind doing a control-s I do mind having
