Kimberly, Make sure your translating the file to a Microsoft word file before saving it to a disk. This process can be done via the translation menu in the file manager, or through keyword with space with s then saving the file as a different file type. You have me lost when you say: "This will be a very useful tool... and can be transferred to the jump drive when we get the new BN." The disk drive cannot be used with the M Powers, you'll have to buy a USB floppy disk drive. There is a difference between the disk drive and a jump drive. A disk drive allows you to transfer files from the BN or PC, to a floppy disk, then back to the BN/PC. A jump drive, or thumb drive is a small USB device that allows you to transfer files from one device to another via their USB ports.
