Hi Richard, I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing these issues with your mPower. I assume you have tried all resets, including the service reset, and that you have also tried re-callibrating your battery, all to no avail? I hope you're able to get this sorted out very soon, as the mPower is really a great product. I love mine, and wouldn't be without it. David
