Thanks a lot for your answer which solved my problem totally. Will keep it
under a special folder for future reference. You hit the exact target, I
deleted unwanted documents from my VoiceNote, freed the database space and
tried to access the table of contents and index files besides trying reading
the manual using the book reader but failed. I performed a reset with no
keys held down and everything became correct, thanks for your great help.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. When I went to use the index it
couldn't find it. The problem turned out to be my flash disk was too
full. Check the free space on your disk. Get it up to about 2 to 3
million I think. I'll have to look up the instructions they gave me.

I had the same problem. I could not access the manual's contents or the

prompt. The manual had all gone except for one small file, and I forget
what that was.
The way I solved it was to upgrade to 6.1 on my braillenote. I had that
upgrade coming; so when I got it all installed, there were the manual and
files and commands to access it again.
I was not consciously moving files either, but somehow it disappeared.
I was mystified by that.
