i tried the c1 c4 reset it seems to be working ok, but when i plug in the
usb cable, a pop up appears on the computer saying a problem occured and
your hardware might not work properly. when i try to connect to activesync
now, the pk and computer both make noise which means they recognise each
other, but they never get to the point where it asks if i want to create a
partnership. im beginning to think there is something wrong with the
internal workings of this pk....
