I am not sure what is actually happening although it also happens
sometimes when you install new software. I believe that the system
thinks that you are actually using that folder the reset ends all of the
processes.

If you do a reset holding down 123 if it's a Braille keyboard you will
then be able to delete the folder.

Hi!

I have a friend who is using Keysoft version 6.  There is a folder that
he is trying to delete.  But, he is getting a message that tells him
that he cannot delete this file because another process is using it or
something to that effect.
