Hi, Caitlin sounds like it needs to go in for an urgent service. If, as you say, you're located close to a Humanware office, the turnaround time shouldn't be long. And besides, using a Perkins isn't all that bad. That's all some of us had growing up. We had to do double work brailling material and then typing our assignments on manual typewriters.
