Well, for what it's worth, I do eat and/or go shopping when I'm feeling down
(though I can't do these things when I'm truly depressed).  One only needs
to look at the size of me and the size of my bank balance to know that's
true!  (smiles).  I tend to take many of these things with a grain of salt.
