Hi Marilee; I have problems a lot like yours. I learn better, one on one. You might want to take one subject, like the address book and read about it in the hand book. I find it better to master one subject before tackling another. After learning how to navigate around the menues, my first subject was the address book. I am losing my sight and want to convert to a totally braille system. I am slowly weaning off of jumbo print. that is why I am excited about the recording feature of the m power. I am now tackling the book reader. It sure feals good to finally be able to read when ever I want. Good luck with your lurning. Terry Powers

Hi Kristen, I have the VoiceNote QT. I am one of those hopelessly untechnical people who needs someone to hold their hand while teaching them how to use the unit. I have this picture of me pushing the wrong key and a nuclear explosion occuring. I wish I were not like that, but I am. I can't tell you how many times I have called my husband at work and said "Honey, my computer is...." and he asks what I did! When I say "nothing", he just sighs and says wait till I get home and can look at it. I have baffled him many a time! I am going to read through the manual and try to learn something from that. I think I am going to call Rhonda and ask her to give me an assignment and see if I can do it. She is only a phone call or e-mail away, and has been very supportive. Anyone else want to give me an assignment? Now, guys, make it easy! I think I am going to love my VoiceNote, too. It is the first such piece of equipment I have ever had, so I am a real baby at this. Maybe we can learn together, Kristen.
