Hello list:

This is sometimes necessary as depending on the state of the battery,
sometimes the software doesn't register that the battery is being charged.
Therefore, the service reset is necessary to briefly disconnect the battery
and power from the BraileNote which in turn, has the result of getting
things working as expected.
