My BrailleNote BT Classic did the same thing. I had to send it in and
right now Humanware's trying to figure out what's up with it. Hope you don't
have to do the same.

Apparently that worked for you. I really don't know the cause, but
maybe Dean can comment more on it. I just know it has happened in
rather rare situations and the service reset usually fixes the problem.
I know it's really very unnerving.

Hi,
Sounds like you need to try a service reset.
Hold down the record button on the side of the MPower and while holding
it down, press the reset button. This will likely fix it.
