Terry, are you attempting to read that book in computer braille? That
might explain why you might not see page numbers. Check what your
preferred reading format is, and make sure it's grade two. I don't have
access to NLS so can't look at the book myself.
Also, you have older software than some of us, so your manual structure
and references are no doubt different.

Hi Jonathon;
For the life of me, I could not find a section in chapter 15, on book
reader. I like to keep my place on the machine and be able to look up
a
command in the handbook. That is why I wish they were in alphabetical
order. After reading a chapter, the command list is my most helpful
tool.
I find it easier to look it up in braille and not lose my place in my
document.
Why do you think NLS would put out a BRF copy with out page markers.
The
page, column will not work. There are numbers throughout the book,
but no
symbols before the numbers.
Why would the BT read His as just dot 6, and then go on reading?
Thanks.

Hi terry, if you are looking for help with a KeySoft application
beyond
what is available from the context sensitive help when pressing space
with
H in that application, don't forget that you can use the index in the
User
Guide. Press backspace and ENTER with H on a BT, and you will be
invited to
press T for Table of Contents or I for Index. I just tried pressing I
for
index, then pressing B repeatedly until I got to the Book Reader
Topics. I
then press ENTER and am presented with a handy menu of topics on the
Book
Reader.
