Hi Olesegun, I've travelled the world with my BrailleNote for the last five years, all with one charger for my BrailleNote. I think at one point, the US chargers were not dual voltage, but this is not the case anymore. If you have one of the older chargers sold in the US, you may want to consider getting a newer one. Or if you get a transplant, this will come as part of the package.

Another thing I'd like to see on the BrailleNote is the ability to change electrical voltages by pushing a button or it could be done automatically as is the case with most laptops. Presently, travelling abroad with a BrailleNote is a ROYAL PAIN because you MUST CARRY AN EXTRA STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER. It is true that NOT ALL AMERICANS need an AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE CONVERTER, but I can certainly use one because I do a lot of travelling! It is hoped that HumanWare or whatever the new name is--will give this request the consideration and attention it merits.
