I would press record with reset when the mPower gets in the state where
the
battery is completely flat and a normal reset will not work after the
BrailleNote has been connected to power.
The reason why we don't usually recommend this reset is because you are
more
likely to lose data if a file is open or you are in the middle of a
database
operation, due to the nature of the reset.
