Okay, forget what I said. Rhonda, you were right. It worked as you
said. As a brand new user, I sometimes get it mixed up and try using
backspace with commands where it should be a space as a cord. Smile. .
I found backspace with S worked to schedule an appointmenton the mPower
, or space with dots 3-4. They both work.

I might be wrong, but with the mPower BT, it should be backspace with
dots 2-3-4, not dots 3-4 to schedule an appointment. I'm assuming the
same is true with the PK and that it's an error in the manual. Since
it said 's', I tried the backspace with the letter s instead of the
dots 3-4 and it worked fine.

using the PK. I now only have the PK. I don't have the clasic
