Hi Sandy. I had this problem with my bn and when I sent it in to
have it looked at I was told that they had to replace the battery. I
find this very strange behavyer. When was the last time you had the

O.k. Rhonda, I am a little brain dead today. It doesn't say adapter
on.Do you mean press the reset button on the side while holding down
the "l" ? Sandi
Rhonda Clark <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:Sandi, if your BN is
off, plug in your AC adapter. Your speech should at long come on to
say "Ac Adapter On." Then, do a quick release of the rset, holding
down the L, or 123. Hold those keys down until you hear the chime.
But remember, you must do a quick-release of the reset, while
holding down those keys.
Kind Regards,
Rhonda Clark

space bar. See if it brings on your speech. Otherwise, do a 123
reset. It doesn't hurt to do that.

>>Oh, I know I did something wrong. I was working on creating a
file this morning and then I turned off my bn and when I went to
turn it on, there is no braille on the keyboard. If I push an
individual letter, it will say the letter. If I push 1,2,3,4,5,6
and space bar nothing happens. I know there was discussion on
resets awhile ago. I know how to do the reset where I poke the
reset button. I am not sure I should do that though. I seem to
remember that it wasn't good to do the very often. I heard mention
of soft reset, I think. I hope I have given enough info. I am
running keysoft 6.1. It worked find yesterday at my meeting. thanks
so much for the help. Sandi
