Hi,
Well, I am in BN withdrawal, having finally sent my unit in two days ago. I
am using an aging Braille Lite 40, which I am keeping for situations like this.

Yes, well I am beginning to get worried but, fortunately I have the BN 32
which I usually keep at work, so I don't have to suffer complete Braille
Note withdrawal.

Greetings:
I was glad to hear that I am not the only person finding Humanware "Out to
Lunch" for the past few weeks. But, I am luckier than you. I was told that
they would be calling me in mid-December to send my classic bn in for the
transplant operation. I would be in crisis if I was without the unit for
seven weeks. I would call them with an attitude in the morning.
