Isaac, I find that comment deeply offensive, and frankly it is just nonsense. Those on the list for getting a BrailleNote mPower at a third of the cost of a new one will hopefully agree. While we're happy to hear where we can do better, I think to impugn the motives of the individuals working for HumanWare is way over the line of politeness or truth. You do your credibility no good at all with this stuff.
