Hi Gabe, with any platform, there's an interaction between the hardware,
software, and available memory. There will be some great software updates
coming for Braillenote PK, but at this stage I couldn't commit to
streaming.

So where does it leave us pk users. I know for a fact that the "streaming"
is a software enhancement and "could" be available for the pk if
implemented. So when will us pk users see the software benefits? When do we
get an upgrade?

Hi Isaac, I think the important thing to keep in mind here is that
BrailleNote mPower is a brand new platform upon which all kinds of things
will happen. With the hardware now ready to roll out of our factory, we
wanted to share what we have as soon as possible. However it paves the way
for a lot of very exciting software updates. KeySoft 6.2 is just the
beginning.

Well, what can I say?
1. You guys got some of what you wanted!
1. a recorder
2. media player that does streaming audio.
3. A faster processor.
4. more onboard memory!
5. updated hardware and software!
6. upwards compatibility!
7. more ports
----------
what I didn't see:
1. consistent find throughtout the entire system!!!
2. Daisy ability.
3. audio.com book compatibility.
-----------
Any further observations????
Isaac
