My Fed-Ex office have never left something without a signature, however, they are more than willing to hold something for me, and even once allowed me to wait for the truck it was on to return to the office after hours so I could collect my package.
UPS never wants to accommodate, never gives you a time, and once left a package in my recycle barrel and my husband saw it when he went to put stuff in there one evening, we have no idea how long the package was in the barrel, luckily it was not sent out to the curb first. Hi, That has not been my experience. They tend to throw things at my front door and run away. I had to send my BN via FedEx for the transplant and have been trying invain to get Humanware to call me back about a couple of issues. Maybe this public comment wil get me a call back. My reason for wanting to talk has something to do with this discussion.
