Shouldn't this question be addressed to Enabling Technologies, since
Humanware nor any of the list members can answer it?
It is about time that Braille embosser manufacturers discover the
wonderful world of USB, however it is those manufacturers that must be
held accountable.

Hi, all

What I'd like to know is, why doesn't Enabling get with the programme
and use USB? I just got my embosser (which I've only tried on the PC
and not the MPower) and it's still not got a USB interface, even in this
day and age. The $250 is expensive (probably would be even more in NZ
currency) but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than buying another embosser
or paying for a new MPower rather than the transplant I had.

cheers

Kylee
