I agree.  I like the fact that you can either remember the command to do 
something or you can usually can find the choice on a menu.  I find it faster 
to hit the thumb key 3 times to get to address book than to remember what 
letter I have to use to get there.  This is very helpful for new users and 
those, like me, who have a short term memory.  The more I use it, the better I 
will get.

Hi Nicole,
I really like how everything is so menu driven.  I do think it would be nice
to be able to open files from the file manager.  I just find keysoft really
easy to use.
