Hi Estin,

I'm wondering something, and I'm not sure if you are having a problem with your
BN or if it's something else. I have noticed that your messages have no
punctuation, periods, commas, and things like that. Are you having trouble
knowing how to make your BN produce punctuation, or is it something else? I'm
really not trying to pick on you or give you a hard time, I'm just curious and
will try to help with anything, if you tell me what you are having trouble
with. I hope this makes sense, and I really, truly hope you are not offended
or hurt by my question.

Sarah
