Hi! Yes, but if I had stored data on a floppy disk, how would I get the data from that disk without using a desktop PC? Or, how would I transfer data between the SD card or flash card and my desktop PC if there isn't an SD card or flash card reder available on the PC? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Miranda, You don't need a floppy drive the BrailleNote has a flash card drive. On each side. On the back side it is a Compact Flash card and on the side it is a storage card drive. It is confusing I know. To make it short you can save work on both of the drives What this means is that you can put the compact flash card in the storage card drive. Meaning you can use both of the drives.
