Hello, Yes, this drive should work fine. The only thing I will tell you, is that for drives that are 80 gb or smaller, you do not need a power supply, but anything over 80 gb's you will need a power supply, for the braillenote can not drive it. So if you want portability, go with the smaller drive, if you don't care, go with the bigger one. I have the passport from Western Digital, and it works great. Robert
