I would agree but with only one excetion, the Braille display will enhance
the Braille skills.  A voice note is for either a nondisguitible Braille
dots sensitive to the Braille dots or out of his or her own desires.  I hope
this helps out.

I think a second grader would do  just fine with an ordinary
