Dear Jonathan, Without meaning to be difficult, I find switching back and forth between tasks and the User Guide to be a pain in the butt! It would be more appropriate to offer consumers the choice of having the User Guide in braille. Yes, I know it would be bulky, but I'd gladly pay for it. Once I know exactly what I'm doing, I would be able to get reminders from the "Help" menu. It is only fair to point out that a good percentage of consumers who are blind, grew up using tapes or readers for learning. Those of us who are deaf-blind don't have that option. (There are those for whom the Braillenote is their first exposure to an electronic Notetake/PDA.) I've completed two Masters programs, which should say something in my favor. I rest my case and am sorry if you think I'm being a nuissance. Respectfully yours, KC Spear
