You can buy a USB to bue tooth device. They are very small and can cost just about any amount. I got mine for not much more than the cost of shipping after rebate, but the deal is long since over, and I needed my husband's help to complete the online rebate. Such stupid rebate site design should be illegal. It even took him several tries to get it to work, but for me it was impossible.
Some laptops have built-in blue tooth, but I haven't heard of desktop computers that did, so I would suspect you don't already have it. It is even kind of rare on laptops.
