Hi Julie, Sounds as if you are hitting the correct keys for the c1 and c4 reset, meaning each of the keys on the far left and far right of the spacebar. hi all, this is julie im trying to install ks7 on my PK. however, i dont think im doing the right reset. from the manual: At the completion of the beeps, the unit will reset and you will be placed back into Keysoft. To complete the upgrade procedure press and hold down the two keys called C1 and C4 (consult the PK documentation for full details) until two beeps are heard and then release and hold again until two beeps are heard a second time.
