Well, truthfully, I didn't have to, as the PK started up right away after that c1 and c4 reset. But, at this point, don't guess it could hurt to maybe try other resets. Maybe I would first turn the PK off with the c1 and c4 reset, leave it off for maybe ten seconds or so, and then try turning it on again. yes. the beeps stopped after about 6 minutes i would say. i got the message installation complete. and i preformed the c1-c4 reset like the instructions said. now after pressing these buttons twice, (once the display said "off" and again so the display read "braillenote pk"). i get no response from the machine. should i preform another kind of reset?
