I have created a database for a particular program.
In the fields, I have the following items:
1. congressional representative
2. room number
3. building
4. time
5. date
6. person scheduling this appointment
7. Seeing Rep or an aid
Now, here is what I am wondering,
I can do a lookup for the congressional member, and I can do a
search for the person seeing this member, such as myself, and
this also works if I were to do a search by the date. But, if I
try searching by time, it does not allow me to do so.
For example, I might have 3 appointments under my name for a
particular day, and I want to look up those appointments, I can
do a search by my name and it pulls up all of the appointments
that I have in this database, but if I try to search for them by
the day or by the time it will not allow me to.
If anyone has any idea why this might be, please let me know.
