Hi sarah, we are looking into the download issue. The second issue you are 
experiencing is not normal. You would only get this message if the 
BrailleNote has lost connection to the wireless network and is connecting 
again. This points to some kind of connectivity issue. As I say, this 
isn't typical behaviour so further diagnosis would be in order.
