Your message has brought up one of the many reasons why I hate Word. Your document sounds plain enough, but no doubt Word is the culprit because it adds codes which the BN doesn't support. Microsoft expects everybody to cater to them and their products!
I can see why Word users want the BN to communicate better with Word. But there is one thing I hope the BN will never ever do: add properties to documents! Word forces me to add author, title and other unnecessary information about my documents and I can't turn the blasted things off! I loathe Word so when I need to export a document so my PC can read it, I will export it as a wp5 txt or .brf file. Terri, Amateur Radio call sign KF6CA. I recently needed to open a file which I created in : Word 2003 and saved it to my jump drive. I then tried to open it : because I needed a phone number from it. I had no tables or : bulleted information. It was a document that had names, room : numbers, phone numbers and such information. I also, just : received an attachment that is a word document and the BN will : not open it. I have no clue as to its content, but it crashed my : machine when I tried to open it. I look forward to any : suggestions you have in this matter. : Tiffany : : ___ : To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to : [EMAIL PROTECTED] : To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit : http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote : : : __________ NOD32 1.1393 (20060203) Information __________ : : This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. : http://www.eset.com : : ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
