Dear Jonathan, Would it help if people sent you the Word document they are having trouble with? You or someone else could analyze it and discover why the BN doesn't like it. If you could discover the codes Word adds to documents which cause the BN not to open the document, then you'd be a step closer to solving the problem. If the document doesn't contain confidential material, it could be emailed privately as an attachment so it won't clutter up the list.
