Sorry Ray mis informed you I was getting mixed up between the Mpower and the
PK.
The reset you need to do is the reset button and 45-6.

Hi Terry:

I assume that when you say a 1-4 reset you mean hold down the 1 and 4 keys
and press the reset switch?

And if you go into the list of Bluetooth devices does the receiver show?
If it does then I'd try removing the paring delete the device then do a
1/4 reset, then do the search again.
I've seen this quite a bit with a variety of BlueTooth devices but the above
sequence of events usually sorts it.

Hope that's helpful.

Ray do you get a message saying "starting Bluetooth" when the detection of
the receiver begins?

Hi All:

One of my colleagues is running a Braillenote M-Power which she has just
upgraded to Keysoft 7.0. She is having a problem with her GPS. When she
starts the GPS, it loads the maps just fine but it will not recognize her
GPS Bluetooth receiver. Any ideas on what might be happening? Any help is
appreciated.
