Richard, One other point I forgot. You mentioned that the slots seemed more stiff than your original. I've noticed that as well, but do remember that everything is new in a transplant except for the braille display. This includes keyboard and the entire MPower chasis with slots. I think over time those slots do loosen up a bit and I'm sure mine did after around 5 years of use, so the newer slots probably weren't quite as stiff as they might have seemed.
Also, the transplant has a new keyboard. As I understand it, the MPower case is a different color than that of the older Bn which is partly why the entire unit except for the display itself is replaced for the transplant.
