You have to recalibrate the battery with out the charger. Only the MPower does

>Subject: [Braillenote] VoiceNote classic battery recallibration

>Could someone from Humanware explain what's happening?
>At work, I have two VoiceNote BT Classics that I upgraded to Keysoft 7.
>After that, I got the message that the battery gage is not accurate
>and needs to be recallibrated.
>I let the battery run down, charged it up and began the battery drain
>process in the support mode.
>Of course, that requires the charger to be plugged in.
>I let one go for 3 days and it still did not finish.
>I have another one that has been going for 2 days.
>First, how is it going to drain the battery when it is plugged in?
>Second, any idea why it is taking so long?

>Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not have time to sit on
>hold forever with tech support.
