Penny, when you get to the appointment, you should be able to do
a Backspace C for the BT. It will cancel the first part, then do
it again if it says "all day". When you just see the date with
nothing on it, it should all be canceled. Or, find the
appointment you want to turn off the alarms. When you find this
appointment, press Backspace with r, it will prompt you to modify
or change just this appointment or all recurrences.
Press a or j, when you get down to the alarms. It will say "use
an alarm on this appointment", if it is turned on already press n
for no if it is not on, just press enter.

Subject: re: [Braillenote] Planner
No matter what I do, I cannot cancel the entire appointment. I
can clear it one time, but I have not figured out how to clear
the alarm sound for this appointment. I thought it would be
great to have the alarm sound, but it's just a nuisance. And it
never seems to give me the option to delete the alarm sound,
though I've gone through the list of commands. I thought I did,
anyhow.
Thanks. Rhonda, you add immeasurably to this list and to my
life. Though we're approx. 600 miles from one another, knowing
you is such a privilege.
Blessings,
Penny
