This is Joseph. The contacts item on the ActiveSync setup should be checked
in order to sync contacts. Also, on the mPower, to go utilieis/synchronize
now/options for synchronization. Make sure that the item "synchronize
address list" item is set to yes. Then it'll work. I hope this information
may help you.

Subject: [Braillenote] Hi Again:Keysync Help Needed

Hi.

I'm posting this for my wife who is not on this list.

We cannot get Keysync to work on my wife's Voice Note M-Power running
Keysoft Version 7. Here is what happens.

1. We have set up an Active Sync partnership with all of the sync types,
calendar, contacts, ETC. unchecked. She can connect to Active Sync via USB
just fine.

When she goes to the Utilities menu and hits "s" for synchronization, then
selects "Synchronize now", the Voice Note says "connecting." Then after
about 30 seconds or so, it says, "an error has occurred, the virtual circuit
was reset by the remote side."

We've checked and the Keysync server appears to be starting according to the
log files when she logs in under her user account on our Windows XP machine.
We're running Keysync PC Software Version 2.0.0.3. ON the M-Power, she has
it set to synchronize contacts but she has chosen not to sync her planner at
this point.

Any ideas whi we can't get Keysync to work? Do we need another version of
the Keysync PC Software and if so, can someone send a link to download it
from?

Thanks again,
