Hi all. Well, looks like my voice note m power is going back for the second time for the same problem it had 2 months ago, totally frozen and even the service reset doesn't help. Needless to say I'm not too pleased. I would like to suggest that perhaps the developers do a bit more testing when a new hardware design is considered. WHen I called tech support, we tried the service reset which of course didn't work, but I'm wondering if the fact that my record button was set to off would make a difference there. I had it set to where the record button would not start a recording regardless of the power switch setting. I'm wondering if perhaps in the future it would make a difference to leave this button enabled, or does this not matter for service resets. Another suggestion, in a case like this, when a new product has a problem twice in this short of a time, rather then forcing the user to return it again, I think the product should be replaced no questions asked. Having said all that, I'm quite happy with version 7, I just hope this is the last problem I have with my unit.
