Hi All: We've got my wife's M-Power syncing contacts, at least for now. We took the suggestions everyone gave us on the list, thanks for those. We also got some good help from Sarah at HW's Technical Support.
My only concern is that we got it working after I turned off Windows Firewall and Norton Personal Firewall. So, if it doesn't work again, then we know it is something in one of these firewall programs we have to find and fix. Keysync is shown as an "exception" that is allowed in Win Firewall, and I've got it set up to allow exceptions. If we have problems again, then I'll need to take a look further at Norton Personal Firewall.
