Thank you so much for the help. You are right: so simple its confusing, but I think I've got it figured out. Now I have to get the partnership to work. It doesn't recognize my BN, and when I try to create a new partnership with the same name, it says that name is already being used. I cannot get to the original partnership, though. Ah, ActiveSync... can't live with it, can't live without it.

ActiveSync on PC

Hi Alex,

Actually, connecting to the net using usb and activesync is so
simple that it is almost confusing.

First of all, get connected to the pc using activesync over the
usb connection and establish a partnership if you haven't already.

Now, for the part you were actually asking about. Create a
connectivity configuration and when asked for the device to use, select ethernet. (I know you
aren't going to use ethernet and don't have a card, but trust
me!)

If you don't need dns addresses or use a proxy server you can
let the rest of the options default.

Save the configuration and go back to the main menu.

Now, go to the internet and select or enter a site name and hit
enter. You'll be asked which connection you want to use and select the ethernet connection
you just created and press enter. The web page should come up
and you'll be on your way.

This same procedure works for email.

I just tried it here and it does work with keysoft 7 and the
MPower.
