Hi All, Well, guess I can't argue with Richard's comments about the mPower giving more bang for the buck. But, at the same time, I don't regret for a moment purchasing my PK. And, as for the Braille display and the Braille keyboard, I'm almost thinking that it is just a matter of what one gets used to using. In my case, I had my PK long before I purchased the mPower. So, although I don't regret at all obtaining that unit, either, I'm often just a bit slower with it, being used to the PK. And, sometimes when using the mPower, although I'm pleased about it, I'm almost surprised to realize there is still more Braille to read on the line. All in all, though, as with a ultra portable laptop, guess one does often have to pay more for the price of portability. For me, it comes down to just a few major issues. The PK is extremely portable, and it can connect to wireless networks, and it can be quite easy to carry around. However, I personally do not like the way in which the Braille keys are arranged, and I also would rather have more than 18 Braille Cells. The PK costs $5000, making it the most expensive PDA on the market when you consider that it only has 18 Braille cells. I think the mPower, although the 32 cell model costs more than the PK gives you more bang for your buck.
