I use a qt m power with keysoft version 7.0. After my unit froze and I reset it everything but the files it came with were gone. It was like I had gotten the unit for the first time. All of my files were gone and the battery level is fine I just pressed the reset button and that was the result. I reset it because it froze. I Have reset it before and nothing like this happen before. I saved everything to the flash drive. The flash drive is accessible. Thanks to any help you may give.
