Hi. I have had a braille note classic and an Mpower. I don't think I have ever lost files. Once, with my Mpower, my battery went flat last week and on pressing reset, it erased my entire flash disk, but I have never seen that behavior before. I do see how some people on the list are losing files, but for the life of me<grin>, I don't know how or why. I think that this is probably a rare occurrence and shouldn't taint your judgment as to whether to buy an Mpower or even a bn classic.

I spoke with Roger Behm from Adaptive Information. The problem of losing files is one he says he has not seen. I am interested in how many people lose files compared to those who don't. I know of a couple of people wanting to purchase the M Power, but are now feeling reluctant to do so. > ----- Original Message ----- >From: Sammie Clay <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: Write Humanware <[email protected] >Date: Fri, 24 Feb 2006 21:29:30 -0500 >Subject: [Braillenote] losing files >hello Dean, Jonathan, and List, > For the past two days, I've read about losing files.
