The stand alone units were designed for a niche : market, namely people who only want to read, and do not want or need any : additional computer functionality. If you already have a PC, you have : no need for such a device. And, a PC with OCR software will still be : less expensive than one of these devices. : Andy : : ___ : To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to : [EMAIL PROTECTED] : To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit : http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote : : : : __________ NOD32 1.1432 (20060306) Information __________ : : This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. : http://www.eset.com : : ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
