But, Ann, not everyone wants a PC, or needs one! As far as 
downloading Web Braille, it may be aa bit cumbersome, but I do it 
all the time with my BN.  PC's aren't the answer for everyone.  
For those who don't like or want them, but use a BN, they 
shouldn't feel as if they're wrong.  That's all I'm saying.  
Everyone has different needs, and they should be respected.  God
