I wish the problem was either that I was stupid or greedy, but in my case I
don't need to download large files to cause the problem. Hey, I've had the
problem after downloading a couple BRF files the size of your average cheep
small paperback. If you can tell me how to clear files without resetting I'd
be happy, because the whole connecting and logging in again process as well as
the reset really takes some time and annoyance. I also tend to forget the book
I was going to download, so finding it again is a total pain.

I'm glad humanware is more understanding of the problem than some of the people
on this list. I really do resent being told that I am the problem if I
experience a problem but you don't. It's fine to give advice and explain that
you haven't had the problem, fortunately, but your not providing very
acceptable service if your comments tend to insult the users you are trying to
help. I haven't had trouble with web braille, probably because the process of
saving books is different from that of downloading them, but I'll believe their
problem is real until I have prooved otherwise by hearing the steps they
followed and discover that one step is incorrect.

I certainly didn't mind the explanations of what people did and why they think
the problem might be occurring. I thought about what i had tried to download
to see if it was likely to be a size problem. It may be that I have collected
too many temp files, but I really don't get how I did that since I don't
actually use keyweb that much and don't download things all the time, mostly
because I can't without resetting. <grin>
