Thank you very much Michelle. I know people who have been talking to HumanWare about this for the last 3-4 years with no results. Now Freedom Scientific has an application out for this. Granted it costs about $1200 and is a separate piece of software. I certainly hope HW will do something with this application.
As for some background on me. I am blind an dalso have a mild to moderate hearing loss. While I can use a telephone without need for a TTY. I am speaking for those who cannot. As I have said, this application would also be useful for blind people who work in situations where access to this equipment is essential, like your situation Michelle.
